We are proud to be a Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit facility. We had over 3,600 visits through SilverSneakers memberships last year, and we look forward to even more in 2015! We also now accept Silver&Fit benefits. Anyone with either of these plans through his/her insurance company is eligible for free swimming, free Arthritis and Splash classes, and free pickleball play. Help us spread the word to all of your older friends!
